How long does it take to learn how to ride a Onewheel?
Most riders get the hang of it within 15 to 30 minutes. The board uses sophisticated self-balancing technology to help you stay upright, making the learning curve much shorter than traditional board sports.
What is your shipping policy for boards and accessories?
We offer standard and expedited shipping across the continental United States. Boards typically ship within 3-5 business days, while accessories may ship sooner. International shipping is available to select countries.
Do Onewheels come with a warranty?
Yes, every Onewheel comes with a limited warranty that covers the motor, battery, and internal electronics for one year or 1,000 miles, whichever comes first, against manufacturing defects.
Can I fly with my Onewheel?
The Onewheel Pint and Pint X are often eligible for air travel as they fall under certain battery capacity limits, but the Onewheel GT and GT S-Series exceed FAA limits for passenger planes. Always check with your airline before traveling.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that once a board has been ridden, it is no longer eligible for a return due to safety and resale regulations.
Is the Onewheel water-resistant?
Onewheels are water-resistant and can handle damp pavement or light rain, but they are not waterproof. You should avoid deep puddles, heavy downpours, or submerging the board in water.
