Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your ride, but if you are not satisfied, you can return your Onewheel or accessories within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new and unused condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to board returns and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and confirm eligibility for a return or exchange.

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email; ensure all original packaging, manuals, and chargers are included in the box.

  Secure Your Package

  Affix the return label to the original Onewheel shipping carton and drop it off at the designated carrier location to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will inspect the returned gear for signs of wear; once verified, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
